At Canyon Graphics we follow ISO 9001 principles and provide written documentation for every operation required in processing your job. Our customized job tracking software (originally designed to handle the complexity of manufacturing for the aerospace industry) is capable of tracking every job through every stage of manufacturing. Our bar-coding process allows us to know who worked on each job and how long they spent on each operation.
All of our employees are required to complete training and are certified on each manufacturing operation they perform. Any deviation from standard operations in producing a part is documented and reviewed. A formal quality review and corrective action process is initiated whenever we identify a quality problem.
